Fastest way to reach us
The fastest support channel is the ticket system in your account. Sign in and open Support tickets, then create a ticket with your question or bug report. Tickets keep conversation history in one place, let you attach a screenshot, and prevent a support discussion from getting lost in a public comment thread.
If you are not signed in, use the sign-in button and return directly to the support page after authentication. Google sign-in is currently available for account access.
What to include in a gameplay report
A good bug report usually takes less than a minute to write and saves a lot of back-and-forth. Please include:
- The puzzle number or title, such as Puzzle 001.
- The page address, for example the daily challenge URL.
- The browser and device you were using.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only occasionally.
For image problems, mention whether one picture failed to load, the board remained in a loading state, or the pictures looked misaligned. For click problems, describe the area you clicked and whether the counter stayed the same. A screenshot or short description of the location is especially useful because each puzzle has numbered difference data behind the board.
Accessibility and mobile feedback
We want the game to remain usable on small screens, with keyboard navigation where practical, and with readable text and controls. If a button is too small, a label is unclear, the layout requires awkward horizontal scrolling, or a contrast issue makes the board difficult to inspect, please tell us. Reports that mention your device, browser, and screen size help us reproduce the issue instead of guessing.
Privacy and account requests
For privacy questions or requests related to your account data, use the ticket system and clearly mark the request as a privacy matter. Please do not include passwords or sensitive authentication details in a ticket description. We will tell you what account information we need in order to process the request.
You can also review our Privacy Policy for details about account information, browser storage, analytics, third-party providers, data retention, and your choices.
Content and intellectual property reports
If you believe a puzzle, picture, or text element infringes your rights, send a precise report through the ticket system. Include:
- The page address containing the material.
- A description of the material concerned.
- The basis of your claim.
- Your contact information.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is not authorized.
We treat rights reports seriously and may remove or disable access to material while a report is reviewed. We also review reports about content that may be unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate for the general audience of a puzzle site.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please use a private support ticket rather than posting details publicly. Include enough information to reproduce the issue and avoid actions that could affect other users, corrupt data, or interrupt service. We appreciate careful, good-faith reports and will prioritize credible issues that could affect player data or site availability.
Feature suggestions
Suggestions are welcome, especially when they explain the problem you want solved rather than only one possible implementation. For example, "small differences are hard to find on my phone" is more useful than a long list of interface changes. It helps us understand the underlying need and evaluate several possible solutions.
Ideas we regularly consider include better search, stronger streak features, collections by theme, more detailed results, and new puzzle difficulty ranges. Player feedback helps decide which improvements are worth building first.
Response expectations
We review support submissions during normal site operation, but we do not publish a guaranteed response time. Urgent security reports and credible legal claims receive higher priority. For ordinary gameplay questions, providing the details above usually makes it possible to answer more quickly and accurately.
